많은 장점을 경험했다 I've experienced many benefits from swimming.

가장큰 장점 it's greatest advantage is that 

건강을 유지하게 도와준다 it helps me to keep in shape.

그것들의 대부분은 공짜다 most of those are free for anyone to use.

집에 있을 때 TV보는 것을 좋아한다 I enjoy watching TV when I'm at home.
